- Keep your valuables with you or locked in a drawer or closet
- Check the identity of strangers who are not being escorted by someone from your office
- Don’t stay late if you will be alone in the office; ask a security guard to escort you
- Report broken lights, windows and locks
- Know your company's emergency plan and fire escape routes
- Know where to find emergency supplies and first aid kits
- Report violent behaviors and sexual harassment to your supervisor and/or human resources personnel
- Park in well-lighted lots and garages
