- Keep your keys with you at all times
- Close all windows and lock all doors
- Use Anti-theft devices in your car
- Only give your car key to the valet (not your house key or your entire key chain)
- Park in well-lighted areas
- Keep valuables out of sight including CB radios and GPS devices
- Do not keep your driver's license, title or registration in the car
- Park in your garage, if you have one, and lock it
